How a record is built
Four sections, in the order the story reads: who takes part, what was built between them, what followed what, and — optionally — where things sit.

A manipulation is a composite symptom: built from the elementary three (UA, UE, UG) and costing both sides energy. “holds 4h” is how long it is held — every hour costs the offender another 10%.
